About The Position

Therapydia is opening a new clinic in Milwaukie and is seeking a physical therapist to lead it from day one. This role offers the opportunity to shape the patient experience, build a team, and become a key provider in sports and pelvic health within the community, without the risks of starting a practice independently. The clinic will be a custom-built space, supported by marketing, operations, billing, and leadership teams experienced in launching new clinics.

Requirements

• DPT from an accredited program and an Oregon PT license (or eligibility)
• 3–4+ years of outpatient experience
• An entrepreneurial, relationship-driven mindset and strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Leadership experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with evidence-guided, individualized care, with a focus on sports, orthopedics, and pelvic health.
• Hire, lead, and mentor your team, and run daily operations and scheduling.
• Build referral relationships with physicians, OB/GYNs, athletic programs, and community partners.
• Use clinic performance data and partner with leadership on goals and budgeting.
• Keep documentation and billing accurate and compliant.
