About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking newly graduated Physical Therapists for their innovative Emerging Professionals Mentor Program in Cumberland County, Maine. This program offers a blend of mentorship and independence, aiming to support new graduates in becoming confident, successful, and well-rounded professionals. FOX Rehabilitation, founded in 1998, was the first private practice in the U.S. to provide outpatient services in a home setting, emphasizing flexibility, autonomy, and top-tier, 1:1 patient care. The organization is nationally recognized and continues to grow, employing over 4,000 PTs, OTs, and SLPs.
Requirements
- Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist in Maine
- Graduate from an accredited PT program
- Current CPR Certification
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
- Desire to develop professionally
- Passion for patient-centered care
- Basic computer literacy
Nice To Haves
- No prior in home or home health experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized treatment with 1:1 care and 60-minute sessions.
- Manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
- Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services in various settings, including home and senior living communities.
- Develop professionally and demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Provide exceptional patient service delivery and utilize outstanding interpersonal skills.
