About The Position
Integrity Rehab Group, an industry-leading therapy management company, partners with physician practices nationwide. In collaboration with Fairfax Family Practice Center / Town Center Family Medicine, we are a preferred outpatient service provider for the Reston community. We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team, dedicated to delivering a remarkable patient experience. Our vision emphasizes coordinated, patient-centered care with a focus on comprehensive, evidence-based treatment, strengthened by integral relationships with our physician partners. Requirements
- Current or pending PT license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- CPR certified

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services.
- Coordinate patient-centered care with an emphasis on comprehensive evidence-based treatment.
