About The Position

As a Physical Therapist, you’ll have the independence to use your clinical judgment, manage your schedule, and build meaningful relationships with patients, without giving up the support of a strong team. We are recruiting for opportunities throughout Boston and surrounding communities. Territories are assigned based on patient needs and your location. We work with you to align opportunities with your commute and preferences.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapist
- Current registration with the Massachusetts Board of Registration
- Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and electronic
- Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new systems
- The ability to prioritize, stay organized, and adapt to changing situations
- Willingness to travel throughout Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home’s geographic area
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care in patients’ homes, helping them improve mobility, safety, and independence.
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide PT focused on mobility, strength, balance, and function
- Recommend fall prevention and home safety strategies
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Track progress and adjust care as needed
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
