About The Position
Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful, resident-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling to fit professional and personal needs. The position is located in the vibrant Fillmore District of San Francisco, CA, with convenient access to amenities and public transportation. The role emphasizes working directly with a facility-based rehabilitation team to focus on quality resident care, clinical outcomes, and continuity of treatment, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
