Physical Therapist–Outpatient Orthopedics - $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
About The Position
Sport Ortho Urgent Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their Outpatient Orthopedic Model team in Mt. Juliet, TN. They believe in providing Physical Therapists with the time, resources, and support to deliver high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care, avoiding burnout from unrealistic patient loads. Unlike high-volume clinics, their PTs treat an average of 10 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and better outcomes. Physical Therapists serve as direct access providers, acting as the front line of musculoskeletal care within a fully integrated orthopedic model. The core focus is on serving patients through conservative care in musculoskeletal health. The clinic offers a collaborative care model, working alongside Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons. They provide top-of-field practice with in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care. The role emphasizes true work-life balance with manageable daily volumes, realistic productivity expectations, and a supportive team-based approach. Providers are rewarded for their expertise with a competitive salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and $5,000+ in annual incentives for exceptional outcomes. The sign-on bonus is paid out quarterly.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree (required)
- CPR certification
