About The Position

Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Northeast Ohio. This is an opportunity where you’ll have the ability to provide individualized care, collaborate with an experienced clinical team, and grow your skills in a setting that blends outpatient orthopedics, wellness, and specialty care. We are especially interested in PTs who enjoy treating a variety of patients and want to keep growing clinically. Experience or interest in women’s health, pelvic health, dry needling, TMJ, vertigo, low back pain, or pre/post-op care is a plus, but not required. Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness is a locally rooted outpatient practice with clinic locations in Berea, Ashtabula and Willoughby Hills, OH. Our team provides physical therapy and wellness services with a holistic approach, helping patients move better, heal fully, and get back to the lives they love. Our services include outpatient physical therapy, wellness care, dry needling, bodywork, biofeedback, and specialty treatment areas such as low back pain, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, women’s health, pelvic floor care, and pre/post-operative rehabilitation. We believe great care starts with listening, treating the whole person, and giving clinicians the tools and support to do their best work.

Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio, or eligibility to apply for Ohio PT licensure.
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of patients and adapt your communication style to meet individual needs.

Responsibilities

  • Treat a varied outpatient caseload that may include orthopedic conditions, post-operative care, low back pain, balance concerns, vertigo, TMJ dysfunction, wellness-focused care, and specialty cases
  • Guide patients through their full recovery journey with thoughtful education, evidence-based treatment, and practical strategies they can use outside the clinic
  • Collaborate with PTAs and other team members to support continuity of care and strong patient outcomes
  • Progress treatment plans based on each patient’s response, goals, and functional improvements
  • Continue growing clinically through mentorship, team collaboration, and exposure to specialty treatment areas
  • Have a real voice in patient care, clinical collaboration, and how your patients progress
