About The Position

At Health Link Home Health, we built our model around a simple idea: PHYSICAL THERAPISTS SHOULD FOCUS ON PATIENT CARE. We handle the paperwork, scheduling, route planning, chasing signatures, coordinating DME deliveries, chasing visits to make a full paycheck, and waiting until late to confirm patient appointments. Our responsibility is to keep clinicians productive, supported, and paid for their time. Patient cancellations, refusals, and schedule changes happen in home health. Your paycheck should not have to suffer because of them. If your day runs longer, you are paid for the additional time worked. If you work efficiently and finish early, your guaranteed daily pay remains the same. Health Link supports clinicians with a dedicated scheduling team, clinical coordination support, authorization and DME support, AI-assisted documentation technology, AI-assisted route planning, a company vehicle, strong referral volume, stable local caseloads, responsive clinical leadership, and 24-hour clinical support. We believe a full-time job should fit into an 8-hour workday.

Requirements

• Active California Physical Therapist License
• Valid driver's license
