Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
PT Solutions is hiring full-time Physical Therapists passionate about expanding access to transformative care, leading innovative therapy practices, and pursuing clear, tangible pathways for professional growth and development. This role offers exposure to a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, pelvic health, and neurologic rehabilitation, fueling professional passion. The position involves conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment, designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans, and efficiently managing patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
- Current or pending state licensure
- BLS certification
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
- Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
