This position blends clinical expertise with meaningful patient connection, as therapists work closely with individuals navigating pain and recovery. A caregiver in this position Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm with 2 late days per week until 7:00pm. Weekend rotations occur on Saturday mornings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or certificate
• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a clinical area
• 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and on-going assessments of patient condition.
• Establish, revise and evaluate a plan of care appropriate to problems identified and involve the patient/family according to their capabilities and desires.
• Perform therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills as appropriate for the age and condition of the patient.
• Supervise activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, students and other support personnel.
