About The Position
Shriners Children’s is seeking a Per Diem / On Call Physical Therapist to join their Rehab team. This is a non-exempt and benefits eligible position. The Physical Therapist position provides evaluation and therapy services, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transition of care, in an efficient, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive manner upon licensed independent practitioner referral. Shriners Children's Hawaii treats children with neuromusculoskeletal conditions throughout the Pacific Basin regardless of the family's ability to pay. Shriners Children’s is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed in state of practice required
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification required
Nice To Haves
- PCS, OCS, NCS and CHT preferred
- 1 year physical therapy experience preferred
- New graduates considered
- Pediatric and/or Sports experience preferred
