About The Position
Atlas Rehab & Wellness is growing and seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join their outpatient clinic. This role is ideal for a PT who values hands-on care, building patient relationships, and working within a supportive team. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a 4-day workweek with no weekends.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist, or eligible for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for outpatient care and patient progress
- A team-oriented therapist who values quality care
- New grads are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based outpatient therapy
- Treat a diverse outpatient caseload
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and long-term success
- Collaborate with team members to support strong patient outcomes
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
