Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Ohio PT license required
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Flexible schedule, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with individuals with severe/profound developmental disabilities
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy services.
- Collaborate with Nursing, Habilitation, and Occupational Therapy teams.
- Assess and support residents with range-of-motion, orthotics, braces, and adaptive equipment.
- Participate in Individual Plan (IP) meetings and develop resident-specific goals.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on therapy techniques and equipment.
- Support post-surgical care and monitor therapy outcomes.
