Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (New Jersey).
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Team player.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy.
- Familiarity with AI documentation tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in mentorship, residency education, specialty programs, and leadership opportunities.
- Potentially open your own clinic(s) with equity.
- Travel as much as you want through the internal travel program without losing benefits or perks.
