About The Position
BAYADA is seeking compassionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join their team in Ocean County, NJ. Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

- Home health experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative care and skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and caregivers
- Educate patients and families to promote independence and improve quality of life
- Complete timely clinical documentation using electronic medical records
