Requirements
- A passion for patient care, a collaborative mindset, and a Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.
- New grad looking for their first "work home" or a seasoned clinician ready for a change.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
- Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
- Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
- Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.
