This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus! New Grads Welcome to Apply. Hand & Physical Therapy of Wyoming is a private practice outpatient therapy group with 7 locations across Wyoming. We are a dynamic and energetic group with a passion for patient care. We value 1-on-1 time with our patients, and foster strong relationships with our referring physicians to maximize patient outcomes. We are currently growing our team and offer the following: Competitive compensation: $83K - $104K base salary range, depending upon experience level. Continuing Education. Requirements

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Wyoming
  • Graduate from an accredited PT school

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
  • Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and emerging technologies to deliver high-quality care and maximize patient outcomes
  • Implement creative and engaging exercises and activities to promote patient participation and compliance with treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with a specialized team of healthcare professionals to provide excellent care and achieve optimal results
  • Stay informed about the latest research and industry trends, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills to deliver the best possible care
  • Foster a warm and supportive environment that empowers patients throughout their recovery journey
  • Leverage digital platforms and telehealth capabilities to enhance patient access to care and provide virtual support when needed
