About The Position
We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This role is centered on helping patients improve mobility, manage pain, and build strength through consistent, goal-based care. It’s a straightforward clinic setting with a predictable schedule and a focus on one-on-one treatment.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Able to manage a steady outpatient caseload
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans
- Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans when needed
- Teach home exercises and recovery techniques
- Communicate clearly with patients about their goals
- Maintain proper clinical documentation
