About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated company since 2016, provides exceptional inpatient therapy services in partnership with AdventHealth. As part of a strong, multidisciplinary team, we collaborate with physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. Requirements

Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
Active or pending state physical therapist license.

Responsibilities

Provide inpatient therapy services as part of a cohesive multidisciplinary team.
Conduct 1-on-1 treatments with a patient care focus.
Collaborate with AdventHealth colleagues and surgeons to develop a comprehensive healthcare approach.
Provide collaboration with referral sources and surgeons for foundational knowledge to guide personalized treatments.
Manage appropriate and optimal caseloads, valuing time in patient care.
