About The Position
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Longmont, Colorado is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist (DPT) to join our outpatient team. Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Colorado
- New graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to patient-centered outpatient care
Nice To Haves
- Pelvic floor experience or strong interest is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and deliver treatment in an outpatient setting
- Create and execute individualized plans of care
- Treat a varied patient population including: Orthopedic injuries and post-surgical cases, Balance and vestibular conditions, Neurological diagnoses
- Complete timely and accurate EMR documentation
- Work collaboratively with PTAs and clinical staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and the local community
