Physical Therapist (PT) - PRN - Cincinnati, Ohio - Skilled Nursing
About The Position
We are currently seeking PRN Physical Therapists (PTs) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio market. Opportunities are available in North Central Cincinnati/I-75 Corridor, Mt. Airey/College Hill, Mt. Healthy/Springfield Township, West Side/Delhi Area, and Loveland. Candidates are not expected to work at all locations. Facility assignment is based on applicant preference, scheduling availability, and geographic convenience. This position supports a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the greater Cincinnati area. During the interview process, our recruiting team will discuss preferred work locations and travel expectations with each candidate. We strive to place clinicians in facilities that best align with their desired commute and scheduling preferences. Help residents regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence through individualized therapy programs that improve safety and quality of life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning
- Recommend appropriate equipment and interventions to support patient outcomes
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and billing
- Educate patients, families, and facility staff on maintenance and restorative programs
