About The Position

Work Schedule Per Diem, varied schedule, Sunday-Saturday 0800-1700. You will work at the UW Health Home Health department. Additional components of compensation may include: Evening, night, and weekend shift differential, Overtime, On-call pay. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (or foreign equivalent as determined by the State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation).
  • Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure.
  • An applicant for employment as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist must present acceptable evidence of licensure or authorization to test at the time of employment.
  • A new employee will not be allowed to work as a therapist until evidence of licensure eligibility is provided.
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs.
