Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health - Full Time
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide home-based care. The role examines and treats patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to help improve mobility, function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living. Specialty programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, and total hip and knee and total shoulder replacement programs. The Physical Therapist administers skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teaches family members and other members of the health care team. Services are provided in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Must possess automobile liability insurance.
- Must wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
Responsibilities
