About The Position
The Physical Therapist works in the Physical Therapy Unit at Providence Petaluma Valley Hospital in Petaluma, California. The role includes assessing patients, planning and implementing treatment, providing education, communicating, and demonstrating leadership to address the needs of patients and their families. The Physical Therapist also fosters positive working relationships with professionals and ancillary staff. The position requires general supervision and is per diem, working 8-hour day shifts.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy school.
- California Physical Therapist License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.

- One year of rehabilitation experience.
