About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring an Acute Care Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation therapy in partnership with Advent Health. The role focuses on expanding access to quality care and delivering evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population, including patients in neuro, trauma, and orthopedics. The position offers opportunities for clinical mentoring, continuing education, and professional growth.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care that helps each patient exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, their families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
