About The Position

Brookside Physical Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Physical Therapist to join their team providing rehabilitation services under a State of Colorado Department of Corrections contract. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice in a consistent, well-supported clinical environment with predictable scheduling, meaningful patient relationships, and the chance to practice at the top of their license. The position allows for the chance to improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and help patients regain independence. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
  • Current Colorado Physical Therapist License (or ability to obtain prior to employment)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based rehabilitation services
  • Educate patients on recovery, wellness, and injury prevention
  • Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare providers
