Physical Therapist Location: Naples, FL Schedule: 4x10s | 12:30 PM – 11:00 PM | Every Other Weekend (3-day weekends on off weeks) Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a role that offers both flexibility and meaningful impact? Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently with general supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
- Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
- Commitment to delivering ethical, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations
- Assess patient strengths, limitations, and pain points to guide treatment
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients
- Deliver therapy interventions tailored to patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve measurable outcomes
- Utilize appropriate equipment, procedures, and diagnostic tools
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and make referrals as needed
- Educate patients, families, and team members on treatment plans and progress
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Participate in chart audits and ensure quality medical record standards
- Uphold ethical standards in accordance with the Florida Board of Examiners
- Continue developing clinical expertise across specialty areas such as orthopedics, sports rehab, neurologic therapy, vestibular care, wound care, and more
