About The Position

Edisto Post-Acute located in Orangeburg, South Carolina, is a 113-bed skilled nursing & rehab facility less than a mile from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens. We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist. PACS is revolutionizing the delivery and leadership of post-acute healthcare and support services across the country. Requirements

• Degree from an accredited college/university
• South Carolina Licensed Physical Therapist (Required)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high admissions healthcare facility
• CPR Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients
• communicates with families, physicians and other health team members
• maintains documentation of services in the medical records
• Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis
