Physical Therapist - Outpatient
About The Position
We are interviewing physical therapists for our full-time or part-time outpatient position. ERW Physical Therapy and Wellness is an outpatient physical therapist-owned private practice that has been providing exceptional physical therapy services since 2002. We have a strong, collaborative team of therapy professionals committed to working with each other. Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. Our Evans location has a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center allowing the community to have access to a healthy lifestyle and providing an excellent transition for our patients after completing their rehabilitation. We maintain an appropriate caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. Exceptional clinical outcomes are bolstered by ensuring patients see the same therapist or therapist team from the beginning to the end of their treatment. We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development. Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Active or pending state physical therapist license.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
- Manage a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload.
- Provide sport-specific rehabilitation.
- Manage joint and spine conditions.
- Ensure patients see the same therapist or therapist team from the beginning to the end of their treatment.
- Participate in individualized professional development.
- Potentially become a clinical instructor, clinic leader, director, or open a new clinic.
