About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy delivers outpatient-quality care in the home — giving PTs the flexibility, autonomy, and support to practice the right way. We offer 100% 1:1 patient care with no overlapping visits and flexible scheduling, allowing clinicians to build their own week. We provide clinical autonomy and full administrative support, handling referrals and billing. For those new to outpatient home-based care, we offer a "Shadow First" program where you can shadow one of our clinicians before committing, with no pressure. We provide structured onboarding, mentorship, and a gradual ramp-up. New graduates and clinicians transitioning from clinics or SNFs are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Active NJ license as a PT
• Degree from an accredited PT program
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the home setting
• Develop individualized plans of care
