At Physical Therapy Today in San Angelo, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population while delivering personalized, evidence-based care designed around each patient's goals. Clinicians treat a wide range of conditions, including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, sports-related injuries, concussion-related conditions, vestibular disorders, balance impairments, chronic pain, arthritis, and work-related injuries. Through hands-on treatment, targeted strengthening programs, and individualized rehabilitation plans, you'll help patients move better, feel stronger, and achieve meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
- Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
- Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, vestibular, balance, concussion, chronic pain, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
- Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
- Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
