About The Position
Recovia is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their fully integrated multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a balanced caseload, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice. They are looking for a Physical Therapist tired of high-volume mills, endless documentation, and seeing 20+ patients a day. This position is in an outpatient setting with a $15,000 sign-on bonus and up to a $12,000 productivity bonus. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
- New Grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on pain science, nutrition, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
