About The Position

At NovaCare Rehabilitation in Cambridge, Maryland, we are committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience while helping individuals return to the activities that matter most. Our team treats a diverse outpatient orthopedic population, empowering patients to get back to sports, work, daily life, and the things they love. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in a part-time role averaging 8 to 12 hours per week. Treatment hours extend until 6:00 PM, with the final patient scheduled one hour before the end of the day to allow for documentation and wrap-up.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
• Minimum of two years of outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
