About The Position

Myo is a modern physical therapy clinic focused on helping clients move better, feel better, and live longer through expert 1:1 care. We aim to raise body IQ globally by empowering clients with the tools they need for proactive self-care. Our Studio City clinic is growing and seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team. This clinic serves a performance-driven community of athletes, professionals, and families who value movement and proactive care. At Myo, clinicians apply full-body assessment, clinical reasoning, and proactive insights to intercept injury, reduce pain, and improve everyday movement. We are redefining proactive care as a standard in the industry with over 20 locations across the US and Canada.

Requirements

  • Licensed or license-eligible in California
  • Client-first in practice, demonstrated by follow-up, appropriate cross-referrals, thoughtful scheduling, and proactive outreach
  • Growth-oriented and self-aware, comfortable with accountability, and eager to learn from feedback and coaching from clinical leadership and peers
  • Team-oriented, invested not only in your own development but in raising the standard of the entire clinic
  • Culturally engaged, contributing to mentorship, community presence, and clinic events
  • Collaborative and communicative, understanding the importance of partnering with the Front Desk team to deliver a positive, consistent client experience
  • Strong fundamentals and sound clinical judgment
  • Coachable, reflective, and motivated to improve over time
  • Care deeply about client outcomes, team standards, and contributing to something larger than yourself

Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently high-quality, one-on-one care with clear outcomes for every client.
  • Use thoughtful assessment, clinical reasoning, and clear action plans to help clients do what they love - longer.
  • Take ownership of your caseload by engaging with local referral partners and contributing to clinic growth.
  • Actively participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education, both internal and external.
  • Partner closely with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician to identify the right level of support, challenge, and development as you grow.
