About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an inpatient rehabilitation setting within an acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the flexibility to support both inpatient rehab and acute care environments as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in physical therapy
- Active state licensure (pending licenses not accepted)
- Ability to adapt to varying patient caseloads and clinical settings
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- Inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients requiring physical therapy in an inpatient rehab setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and recovery plans
- Float between similar units as required
