About The Position

We are seeking a California-licensed Physical Therapist to provide Early Intervention home-based services to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays and disabilities throughout Sonoma County.
Requirements
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- Comfortable traveling between home visit locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric or Early Intervention experience preferred (training available)
Responsibilities
- Provide Early Intervention home-based services to children ages 0–3 with developmental delays and disabilities throughout Sonoma County.
- Travel between home visit locations.
