About The Position

Outpatient physical therapy one-on-one with varied diagnoses, primarily Medicare and primarily patients from Sanibel Island. This role offers a private room setting where you can keep your patient from evaluation through discharge. The position involves two to four days per week with flexible hours and a straight-forward documentation system. The clinic is therapist-owned and operated, with a 17-year successful practice, specializing in true one-on-one care with no double-booking. The clinic is well-equipped with private rooms and a Pilates studio, allowing practitioners to incorporate various skills such as women's health, lymphedema, manual therapy, and massage.

Requirements

2 years recent experience in an outpatient therapy setting.
Clear and active Florida physical therapy license required to apply.
Must be a self-starter and competent with schedule management.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Empathetic disposition required.

Additional skills and specialties such as women's health, Pilates, Graston, LSVT, LMT, TMR, etc., are an asset.
