About The Position
Trellis Chino is hiring a Registered/Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for their beautiful and updated skilled nursing facility. This role involves evaluating and treating patients, communicating with families, physicians, and other health team members, and maintaining documentation of services in medical records. The Physical Therapist will also conduct in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in CA.
- Must meet continuing education requirements per state practices.
- Maintain a license in good standing with the state board.
- CPR Certification, as required for license renewal.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
