About The Position
A private outpatient practice in Bonita Springs is looking for a Physical Therapist who wants time to treat patients properly. This role is all about helping people improve mobility, rebuild strength, manage pain, and return to the activities they need and enjoy. With one patient scheduled per hour, you can stay focused on the person in front of you and provide care that feels thorough and practical.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
- Strong communication and treatment planning skills
Nice To Haves
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations may be considered
Responsibilities
- Complete evaluations and identify each patient’s movement and function needs
- Create treatment plans based on patient goals, diagnosis, and progress
- Provide one-on-one therapy using exercise, manual therapy, and patient education
- Adjust treatment plans as patients improve or new concerns arise
- Teach home exercise programs and safe movement habits
- Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates accurately
