About The Position

Therapy Management Corporation is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to provide care to adult and geriatric patients. Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program.
Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and provide personalized physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on long-term rehabilitation goals.
Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to support recovery, increase endurance, and enhance quality of life in older adults.
Help patients restore functional mobility and safely perform daily activities with greater confidence and independence.
Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
