About The Position

Therapeutic Associates Hillsboro Physical Therapy is PT-owned and committed to letting clinicians practice without compromising quality. This means focused 1:1 patient care, realistic productivity goals, AI-supported charting to shift more time back to patient interaction, strong continuing education support, and room to deepen or expand specialty areas. The clinic offers a well-equipped, clinician-centered environment designed to support high-quality orthopedic care, including six private treatment rooms and a dedicated gym with performance-focused equipment. Advanced tools such as ASTYM, BFR, and cupping are available. Care is delivered with 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care without feeling rushed. Clinicians are encouraged to tailor their caseloads around their interests, with strong support for developing orthopedic, manual therapy, vestibular, or hand therapy expertise. The team includes clinicians with advanced credentials such as OCS and COMT, creating a robust mentorship environment. Ongoing learning is supported through in-clinic mentorship, monthly staff in-services, and opportunities to build specialty niches under experienced guidance. The clinic treats a broad outpatient orthopedic population with a wide variety of diagnoses, making this an engaging setting for clinicians who value clinical diversity. Patients range from general orthopedic cases to athletes, supported by strong relationships with local sports programs and community organizations. Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy also offers industry-leading programs for new graduates, including a two-year PT Cohort program with collaborative learning and curated mentorship, and a structured, purpose-driven mentorship program providing 48 hours of 1:1 time with seasoned Physical Therapists. An APTA accredited Orthopedic Residency Program is also available, offering full salary, OCS Board Certification exam cost coverage, COMT certification through NAIOMT, and a strong emphasis on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and manual therapy skills. The company also offers a career path to leadership for those interested in running their own clinic, with unparalleled training and support. As the company is owned and operated by physical therapists, patient care is always prioritized over profit.
