A premier, clinician-led national healthcare provider is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for its expanding Home Health division in Casa Grande. This role is ideal for both experienced home health therapists and those looking to transition into the field, as comprehensive, structured training is provided.
Requirements
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Arizona PT license (or license-eligible)
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication
- A patient-centered approach
- Ability to lift/assist patients and perform physical tasks inherent to mobility therapy.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate adult patients' mobility, strength, and functionality in a home-based setting; design and execute custom rehabilitation plans.
- Guide patients and families on home exercise routines, body mechanics, and injury prevention.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
