About The Position
Access Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join their team in Clayton, NC. This role is ideal for clinicians looking to grow their careers in a supportive outpatient setting, develop advanced clinical skills, pursue specialty certifications, and make a meaningful impact. The position welcomes experienced clinicians and those interested in expanding their expertise in Pelvic Health, Women’s Health, Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, and Manual Therapy. The clinic offers mentorship, continuing education, and professional support for career development, particularly in Pelvic Health. The team works with a Clinic Director who has extensive experience in outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy, and sports medicine. The clinic fosters strong relationships with local physicians and specialists, promoting collaboration and growth. The role involves a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-operative, and pelvic health patients, within a collaborative, patient-centered culture that offers leadership and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or eligible for North Carolina licensure
- Passion for outpatient orthopedic and patient-centered care
- Desire for continued professional growth and specialty development
- CPR and First Aid Certification required

- Interest or experience in Pelvic Health, Women’s Health, Sports Medicine, or Manual Therapy preferred
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered treatment
- Educate patients and support achievement of functional goals
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
