Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible in Texas)
• Accredited PT program graduate
• Up-to-date state PT license
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment
• Graduation from an accredited PT program and current PT license in Texas
• Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Demonstrates a willingness to be held accountable for performance

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized patient care for ortho, balance, and neuro populations
• Develop customized treatment plans based on root-cause assessments
• Utilize cutting-edge tools like NEUBIE, HRV monitoring, and PEMF therapy
• Track outcomes and patient progress with precision and purpose
• Educate and empower patients through every phase of their recovery
• Engage with patients one-on-one, guiding them through recovery with a focus on their unique goals.
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and compassionate care.
• Master and apply cutting-edge technologies like NEUBIE, PEMF, and HRV for faster, better recovery outcomes.
• Create and adapt individualized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
• Track progress with meticulous documentation using PromptEMR, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with a healthcare team, contributing your unique expertise and problem-solving skills.
