About The Position

Independence Rehab is actively looking to hire a PRN Physical Therapist for Cascades of Bend, a lovely assisted living facility located at 1801 Lotus Drive in Bend, OR. In this role you will provide on-site patient care including evaluations, treatments, and supervision of a PTA. There is a small rehab gym on-site where you will provide most treatment. You also may provide patient care in their residences on-site. Our goal is to provide each patient with top-quality care. We strive to maximize each patient's functional independence to safely discharge her/him to the next level of care.

Requirements

• Current Oregon Physical Therapist license in good standing.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in a geriatric care facility.
• Caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site patient care including evaluations and treatments.
• Supervise a PTA.
• Provide patient care in a small rehab gym on-site.
• Provide patient care in residences on-site.
