About The Position
Infinity Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist within our therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center located in Craig, CO. This position offers a focus on work-life balance with flexible scheduling options (M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, 4, 6, or 8 hours/day). The role utilizes NetHealth for point-of-service documentation via laptop or iPad. As leaders in the industry, we emphasize standardized assessments and evidence-based practice for optimal patient care. This is a therapist-run organization that provides professional support. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy
- State license

- One year of experience as a PT
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
- Provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders.
- Supervise PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve.
