About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for their Logansport, IN center. This role is for a motivated self-starter passionate about professional growth through mentorship and continued learning. The therapist will treat a diverse caseload in an outpatient orthopedic setting, covering various diagnoses and specialties including acute and chronic conditions, post-operative patients, vestibular and concussion rehab, sports performance, pelvic health, and dry needling. New graduates will receive 1:1 mentorship.

Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
Outpatient clinical experience if a new grad
Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a seasoned clinician
Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
CPR certification

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
