About The Position

Upstream Rehab is partnering with Ozark Orthopaedics to provide outpatient orthopedic and vestibular therapy services in Bentonville, AR. They are seeking a Physical Therapist committed to delivering a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered, evidence-based treatment and strong relationships with physician partners. The goal is to achieve exceptional patient outcomes in a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Current or pending PT license
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
• CPR certified
