PRN Physical Therapist Assess, plan, organize, and provide rehabilitative services that improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent or correct disabling conditions resulting from illness or injury. As a PRN Physical Therapist, you will: Perform and document initial evaluations, analyze clinical findings, identify patient needs, and establish a diagnosis before intervention. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maintain, improve, or restore physical function, alleviate pain, and prevent further dysfunction. Evaluate patients’ responses to treatment and adjust plans of care to achieve maximum benefit. Apply infection-control standards and universal precautions while providing patient care. Ensure continuity and quality of care through accurate, timely documentation. Communicate effectively with patients, families, team members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Promote and uphold the agency’s philosophy, policies, and procedures. Complete all required documentation within company-established guidelines. Accept patient assignments based on availability and organizational needs.
