We’re currently hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated Home Health team at Frederick Health Home Care in Frederick, MD. This role offers a dedicated region within Frederick County, one-on-one patient care with no double bookings, a diverse caseload including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical cases, and a supportive, fast-paced team environment. You will have autonomy and flexibility in managing your day and patient care, with access to tools and resources to help you succeed in the field.

Requirements

Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Licensed (or eligible) in Maryland
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Proficiency with EMR systems
Strong communication, time management, and flexibility

1+ year of Home Health experience preferred
Inpatient or skilled nursing experience also considered
